Tim officially entered the wine industry in the 90’s when he worked with his father to start Creekside Cellars in Evergreen Colorado. After leaving the family business in 2008, he has worked in Australia, New Zealand and Washington in positions such as cellar hand, vineyard manager, sensory analyst, oenologist, consulting winemaker, consulting educational planner and is now serving as the Director of Winemaking for College Cellars where he has been employed since 2010. Tim has a M.S. in Oenology from the University of Adelaide, a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado and nearly 3 decades of hands on winemaking experience. He has spoken nationally and internationally to numerous trade groups including the Washington Wine Technical Group, Washington Wine Growers, British Columbia Wine Growers, Colorado Association for Enology and Viticulture and the internationally acclaimed Masters of Wine.
